Amy has been a physical therapist since 1999 and has a passion for listening to patients and helping them achieve their individual goals. She has advanced training and experience in treating complex Women’s Health cases. Her focus areas include Pregnancy, Incontinence, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, and Post-Surgical Dysfunctions. These Women’s Health specialty areas have also translated into successful therapy cases working with comparable Men’s Health issues related to Urological and Pain issues.

Amy has extensive training in Manual Osteopathic Techniques, Myofascial Release, Lumbar and Sacral dysfunctions, and other spine related disorders. She is certified in Pilates since 2001 for mat work, and all apparatus of Pilates including Reformer, Trapeze Table and Chair.

Amy lives in Minnetonka with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys family time, boating, biking, traveling, and being outdoors.
