  • Manual therapy techniques: myofascial release, deep tissue mobilization, internal and external pelvic floor
    assessment and treatment
  • Neuromuscular re-education for optimal functional movement patterns
  • Functional Dry Needling Certified (FDN Level 1, Kinetacore) for upper, trunk, and lower extremities

Bethany has been a specialist in both men and women’s health and pelvic rehabilitation since 2003. Her post-graduate training includes coursework in pelvic girdle pain and dysfunction, urinary/bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and post-partum issues, men’s pelvic dysfunction, visceral mobilization, and functional dry needling.

Bethany moved to Minneapolis from Chicago and lives with her husband and boy/girl twins. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the city, biking, trying new restaurants, cooking, reading, and hanging out with friends.
