Kelly relocated to Minnesota from Colorado, where she started her physical therapy career in the orthopedic/sports medicine realm. She has worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, as well as, providing medical coverage for Winter/ Summer X-Games, USA Ultimate Frisbee, and various other athletic events. During this time, Kelly also provided private contract Trigger Point Dry Needling in a sports medicine clinic.

As an athletic trainer, past gymnast and collegiate swimmer, Kelly has always been drawn to the athletic and physically active population. She focuses on restoring mobility and function to optimize performance, while utilizing SFMA and dry needling techniques to compliment more traditional approaches to treatment.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys fly-fishing and golf with her husband, Chace, as well as reading, yoga, and cycling.
