Kristen has been a physical therapist since 1995 and has worked in a variety of practice settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, home health, and academia.  Prior to joining Viverant, Kristen taught in the DPT program at St. Catherine University for eight years.

Kristen discovered Pilates in 2007 following the birth of her second set of twins.  Since that time, she has sought advanced continued education through STOTT Pilates in matwork, reformer, and the stability chair.  Kristen favors Pilates as a rehabilitation tool because it not only addresses strength, flexibility, and balance, but it also can be adapted to challenge any fitness level and accommodate most physical conditions and limitations.

Kristen lives in Prior Lake with her husband, four children, and two dogs.  She loves photography, spending time with her family, and running.  Although she will race almost any distance, Kristen’s passion is the marathon and she is currently focused on running a marathon in all 50 states.
