Olympian Rasa Troup is a registered and licensed dietitian who specializes in nutrition for health, weight loss and maintenance, performance, exercise, and eating disorders. She is board certified as a specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD). Rasa is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MAND), the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition dietetic practice group (SCAN), Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA), and served on the board of Twin Cities District Dietetic Association (TCDDA).

Rasa’s passion is helping clients reach and improve their well-being through sustainable lifestyle changes, sound nutrition, mindfulness, and body movement. She is proficient in working with varying athletic abilities, ranging from high school students to Paralympic Gold Medalists, and has experience in many different areas of nutrition including sport nutrition, clinical nutrition, and eating disorders.

As a nutrition professional and competitive athlete who personally struggled with nutrition in the middle of her competitive athletics, Rasa has learned firsthand how crucial proper nutrition can be for health and achieving performance goals. Rasa represented Lithuania in the World and European track and field championships, as well as the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She also holds national records in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and the indoor mile in her home country.

Rasa resides in Minneapolis with her husband and their two children.
