He leverages a robust combination of physical therapy protocols, but puts an emphasis on neurological re-education.
Pete graduated with a BA from the University of St. Thomas and a MS of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota.

Treatments are focused on three areas: 1. Improving joint and soft tissue mobility/alignment with manual techniques. 2. Improving neuromuscular control with hands on facilitation and strengthening exercises. 3. Detailed education on posture and changing patterns of movement.
Ann treats any and all orthopedic conditions and does video guided running analysis. Her secret weapon is her hands. She teaches Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Fascilitation (PNF) nationally with the IPA. She is a runner and biker herself, and has practiced yoga for 13 years. Kris utilized the knowledge gained through these efforts to successfully pass his board examination and became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2007.
Living an active lifestyle which includes keeping up with two boys-soon to be three-has allowed Kris to experience many of the same complaints he hears from patients and has confirmed his belief that patients know their bodies better than anyone else. He understands that the difference in how we respond to an injury or pain depends on the knowledge we have related to it. Kris believes that in order to achieve success through physical therapy the patient must play an active role in their treatment by understanding their body and have the desire to improve. This combined with Kris’ evaluation, treatment skills and knowledge of how the body recovers leads to successful outcomes.
Kris’ greatest satisfaction in being a physical therapist is seeing an individual return to their desired levels of function and performance after being limited by injury.

Homeopathy provides deep healing on all levels, improving physical health, leading to greater self-awareness and opening individuals to more choices in their lives. Homeopathy is an energy medicine, as are acupuncture and therapeutic touch. Homeopaths believe that it is the energy or “vibrational pattern” of the remedy, rather than the chemical content, that stimulates the healing by activating what is called the Vital force. Vital force is the healing power or energy that exists within us all. It is called by the name Chi by Chinese and Prana by Indian Ayurveda. The vital force fuels the mind, body, emotions and mind. It keeps us healthy and balanced. When the balance of the vital force is disturbed by factors such as stress, pollution, improper diet and lack of exercise, it becomes weakened resulting in the person getting sick.
