There, she participated in club hockey for four years and went on to coach that same team for an additional two years after graduate school. She has experience in the rural outpatient orthopedic setting and taught group fitness classes for four years.

Brynn is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal performance, prevent injury, and promote full recovery of function. She strives to encourage patient participation during the development of goals and customizes each plan of care tailored to individual needs.

She utilizes education and body awareness as the foundation for rehabilitation and emphasizes a total body approach to reduce pain, improve efficiency of movement, and resolve the cause of dysfunction. She strongly believes that this type of comprehensive strategy allows for return to activity, hobby, sport, recreation, or work without limitations.

In her spare time, Brynn spends time with her family outdoors and enjoys the camaraderie and competitive energy of CrossFit.
