Alison was first drawn to physical therapy through her love of sports. She pursued volleyball at the collegiate level as a 4-year starter. It was through sports that she learned how proper technique and training progression impacted not only the level of performance but decreased the risk of injuries.
Alison attended the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND where she completed her physical therapy degree. She found her niche in pelvic health, orthopedic injuries, biomechanics, and preventative injury training. She utilizes manual therapy and mobilization techniques, therapeutic exercises, and ergonomics training.
When Alison is away from work, she recharges and gains strength mentally and physically by exercising. She enjoys running, biking, fitness classes, strength training and baking. She has completed a handful of Grandma’s half marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks, and counting! Alison enjoys spending time with her family and friends trying new restaurants and playing or watching sports!
