Throughout high school and college I competed in swimming and pole vaulting. My interest in Physical Therapy first stemmed from repetitive as well as acute injuries in these sports. Learning about how to optimize movement patterns not only treated my conditions but also helped me excel in my sport and prevented future injuries from occurring. In order to expand on this knowledge I went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University. I believe in a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation with the use of manual, therapeutic exercise, and educational interventions. I enjoy working with a variety of patient populations and helping them return to activities that give them joy. When I’m not in the clinic I enjoy being outside hiking, biking, running, skiing, climbing, swimming, and training for triathlons. Anytime I can get up to my family cabin is always a treat!
