Jodi has years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, pointe, and hip-hop. In addition, she works closely with the dance community in the context of rehabilitation and performance optimization. Jodi’s other areas of interest include treating recreational athletes, and Pilates-based core strengthening. Jodi’s approach to care is to treat the body as a whole to allow for better outcomes in returning people to normal function. Her treatment approach includes Pilates-based rehabilitation, biomechanical assessment, various forms of manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic exercise.

As an outdoor enthusiast, Jodi enjoys camping, hiking, cross country skiing, and canoeing. She stays active and fit through circuit training, as well as finding balance through yoga and Pilates. Jodi also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.
