Tricia grew up in St. Cloud, MN and came to Grand Forks, ND in 2008 to attend college. She has been practicing in Grand Forks since 2014. She started her career as a home health physical therapist, but the majority (last 6 years) of her career has been spent practicing physical therapy in the private practice setting. Her prior experience has been focused on general outpatient orthopedics with a heavy manual therapy based practice with exercise prescription. She believes that you have to treat the whole patient and that every individual is unique. Her goal in therapy is to have you be independent in the management of your symptoms at the completion of your time in PT.
In her time away from practicing physical therapy she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 young boys, and yellow Labrador. Health and wellness are a priority in her life and enjoys running, spinning, and overall exercising. She loves spending time outside with her family at the lake, camping, hiking, and canoeing.
