Kelly relocated to Minnesota from Colorado where she started her physical therapy career. She has practiced physical therapy in various settings ranging from geriatric long-term care to orthopedic sports medicine, as well as providing medical coverage for Winter/Sumer X-Games, USA Ultimate Frisbee, and various other athletic events. While in Colorado, she completed training in Trigger Point Dry Needling and has embraced utilization of this skillset in her practice.
As an athletic trainer, past gymnast and collegiate swimmer, Kelly has always been drawn to the athletic and physically active population. Additionally, as a new mama, she finds much joy and fulfillment treating the pelvic health population. Kelly focuses on restoring mobility and function to optimize performance while embracing a holistic approach and believes that empowerment through education facilitates a successful outcome.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys yoga, family walks, and reading, as well as fly-fishing and golf with her husband and adventures with her son, Dax.
