Emily has been working as a physical therapist since 2014. Her experience is diverse, ranging from nursing facilities, a chronic pain clinic, and general orthopedics. She has developed an eclectic approach to physical therapy treatment by integrating a variety of hands on techniques with foundational therapeutic exercise to help patients alleviate pain and return to the activities they enjoy.
Emily is a runner at heart, but she has developed an appreciation for all kinds of physical activity including biking, lifting weights, recreational sports, walking, yoga and hiking. Having a wide range of experience with different movement patterns is what allows her to better understand how the body moves best and the types of exercises that are the most effective for different activities.
Out of the office she enjoys time with her husband, cooking, going on bike rides, watching the MN Twins at Target Field, and being active with her 3 nieces and nephew.
