Provider Name:DJ Lahti
Name Credentials (ex PTA, DPT, etc):DPT, CMTPT
Title:Physical Therapist, Practice Lead
Quote:No one treatment can fix every pathology, which is why it is important for a therapist to have many tools in their toolbox. I have found that an eclectic approach leads to individualized care and optimal recovery.

D J has been extensively trained in sports rehabilitation, Michigan State Manual Medicine, spinal manipulation, and is certified in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars.

D J has been involved in sports his entire life, including four years of collegiate baseball at The College of St. Scholastica (CSS). He continues to be involved in CSS baseball through program development, video analysis, and rehabilitation. In addition to his clinical experience, D J has served as an adjunct professor in the physical therapy dept at CSS since 2010.

D J enjoys pairing his life experiences with his extensive physical therapy training to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for total recovery of function. He utilizes an eclectic total body treatment approach to rehabilitation in an effort to best pair his treatments to the responses of each patient. He believes strongly in not only reducing pain and pathology but also in educating each patient as to why their pathology occurred and how to prevent future injury.
