Ashley was a 4-year member of the Dance Team at Gustavus Adolphus College and grew up playing soccer, basketball, and golf. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Ashley practiced as a Certified Athletic Trainer working with high school state champion athletic teams.

re-education and exercise to help maintain changes achieved in therapy. She strongly believes that the most successful patients are the ones who are educated on the risk factors and causes of their injuries empowering them to prevent the injuries from recurring.
