Title:Physical Therapist
Quote:Movement is medicine. That's the mantra I strive to live my life by and the basis of my practice as a physical therapist. Our bodies are made to move and move often. My goal is to facilitate development and exploration of pain-free movement through corrective exercise, education, and play.

Nate has a unique perspective on rehabilitation following a sport-related injury he sustained while in Physical Therapy school. Through his experience with his own post-op recovery and return to sporting activities, he is able to empathize with athletes and anyone who has been limited in their ability to participate in their desired activities due to injury/pain. He strives to empower his patients to achieve their individual goals through education and evidence-based interventions.

Nate earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Phoenix, AZ. He has experience working in general Outpatient Orthopedics as well as with elite level high school and collegiate athletes. Prior to his education as a Physical Therapist, Nate worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a setting with residents who had physical and/or cognitive disabilities. These diverse experiences have made him comfortable working with a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses.

On his days away from the studio you can find Nate spending quality time with his wife and dog, walking a frisbee golf course, shooting hoops, or playing on his drum set to anything on the radio.
