Viverant "Spring Training" Golf Classes
Join us for our 2
nd
year of Viverant "Spring Training golf classes! Viverant ? 'Spring Training is a combination of golf instruction and physical therapy that is personally designed to help you reach your full potential on the golf course. Each participant will receive an individual assessment from Viverant physical therapist Steve Kraushaar, DPT as well as follow up exercises and treatment. Participants will also receive a golf assessment with individualized instruction. At each class, there will be two golf professionals and one physical therapist providing hands on instruction and training. Classes begin on
Tuesday, February 21
at our newly improved space in Vadanis Heights. We now have two hitting bays, a large practice space, opti shot golf simulators and V1 golf video equipment. Class times are 5:30-6:45pm or 7:00-8:15pm with a limit of six participants per class. The cost for Spring Training is $350.00. You can reserve your spot by calling Viverant at

Sometimes I get this feeling while raking _.
Raking Leaves

My poor back will surely break, If one more leaf I have to rake! Crusty, rusty brown leaves! Dusty, blustery red leaves! Crunching, bunching, scrunching beneath my feet. In a pile of crispy leaves, I 'll find a welcome seat! Tips for raking leaves:
Avoid twisting your back by using your legs to shift your body
Bend with your knees rather than your waist to pick up the leaves
Vary your movements as much as you can to avoid overuse of certain muscle groups
Do light stretching before and after raking of shoulders, wrists, lower back and legs
Limit the time you rake _.the leaves will still be in your yard tomorrow
