Raspberry Walnut Vegan Smoothie
Blend your way to the perfect dairy-free breakfast or post-workout snack!
Ingredients:
1/2 banana, frozen 1/4 cup walnuts 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon cacao nibs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
Directions:

Kris Balgaard
has joined our team! Kris earned his Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology (2000) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2003) from the University of Minnesota. He has practiced physical therapy in an outpatient setting for 9+ years and has focused his efforts on becoming skilled in manual therapy treatment of the spine and extremities. Kris utilized the knowledge gained through these efforts to successfully pass his board examination and became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2007.
