Our primary poster is Maggie Henjum, who is on track to achieve her post-doctoral fellowship in evidence behind manual therapy through the AAOMPT. Raspberry Walnut Vegan Smoothie

Welcome Peter Aggen!

We are excited to announce that Peter Aggen has joined our team! Peter graduated from Duke University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005 and completed a residency in sports medicine at Gundersen Lutheran in 2008. His main interests in therapy are in running analysis, lower extremity injuries and spine care. Peter is the lead Physical Therapist at our St. Paul clinic and is welcoming new patients. Welcome Kris Balgaard!

We are excited to announce that Kris Balgaard has joined our team! Kris earned his Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology (2000) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2003) from the University of Minnesota. He has practiced physical therapy in an outpatient setting for 9+ years and has focused his efforts on becoming skilled in manual therapy treatment of the spine and extremities. Kris utilized the knowledge gained through these efforts to successfully pass his board examination and became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2007. He will be starting with us on Monday, February 4th and will begin by seeing patients in our St. Louis Park office. See Kris' full bio here.

Strawberry, Banana & Flaxseed Smoothie

Adding flaxseed to your diet is a great way to increase your intake of omega-3s, which are associated with a lowered risk of heart disease, cancer and depression. Ingredients
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk or light soy milk
