The Role of a Viverant Physical Therapist

Viverant is looking for highly motivated physical therapists with a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.

Requirements

• Intuitive and well-rounded approach
• Ability to successfully manage a self-guided schedule
• Passionate about sharing skills collaboratively with doctors, patients, members and others
• Interest in continuing to develop knowledge of the human body through continuing education and/or specialization of services
• Solid, skilled manual therapist
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to integrate evidence-based practice with the art of physical therapy to effectively handle patient issues
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program; active license in the appropriate state
• A minimum of two years orthopedic experience 

*As part of the role in Chanhassen, a therapist will serve as a Site Lead. The person in this role is responsible for studio performance, staff development, organizational communication, and daily operations.
