Bridgett is a dedicated physical therapist and appreciates the one-to-one model of Viverant, which allows her to provide individualized treatment for each patient with a special emphasis on patient education and empowerment toward reaching specific goals.

Bridgett graduated from college at Gustavus Adolphus and moved to Seattle to complete a year of Americorps, working in a community clinic. She went to PT school at University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA and then completed further training with the Ola Grimsby Institute for a Manual Physical Therapy Certification. During her year of intensive study, she learned specific mobilizations, tissue healing principles and exercise prescription to best address injury recovery.

Outside the clinic, Bridgett and her husband enjoy their opportunity to explore Minnesota by finding new hiking trails, camping spots and running routes with Brinkley, their chocolate lab.
