Helping to “fuel fun lives” is at the heart of what Christina is passionate about! She believes that whether you are working hard, playing hard, or recovering, what you put in, is what you get out.
Christina’s approach is planning customized nutrition programs that really nourish her clients, knowing that it makes all the difference in how they experience their day, week, and life’s adventures.
Christina has enjoyed a diverse career in nutrition where she has seen the 360 degree view of food from farm to table and how that affects health. As a program developer, health communications/media professional, professor, and practitioner, Christina loves bringing healthy eating and living into reality for the individuals and organizations she is honored to work with.
She has worked with many well-known food and employee wellness companies (from established to start-up), most recently with the Google Food program as the Global Director of Food Choice Architecture and Nutrition. Christina is also passionate about teaching the next generation of health providers and has been a professor since 2001 at the following programs: St. Catherine University Department of Nutrition and Exercise Science, University of St. Thomas Department of Health and Human Performance, and the Art Institutes International Minnesota School of Culinary Arts.
When not working, Christina loves trail running, cooking, buying funny t-shirts and living in the Top Ranked Healthiest Cities in the USA, Minneapolis, MN with her perpetually in motion husband, two teenagers, and little puppy Ruby.
