Jeff is a 2001 graduate of the College of St. Scholastica, where he received his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He has over a decade of experience working in an outpatient setting and has focused on the rehabilitation and performance optimization of athletes and active individuals. Jeff specializes in shoulder and elbow rehabilitation, with an emphasis on improving the strength and biomechanics of the throwing athlete, and is currently serving as the Minnesota Twins Physical Therapist.

Jeff’s athletic background includes four years sports participation at the collegiate level in baseball and basketball at The College of St. Scholastica. He also played professional baseball as a member of the Duluth/Superior Dukes. His sports background helps him better relate to the sports specific injuries and rehabilitation. He emphasizes biomechanical efficiency (the body’s ability to function at its highest level) in his practice, which includes exercise, manual therapy, education, postural awareness, and commitment to a home exercise program.

Jeff’s treatment approach involves goal setting, patient/clinician communication, and structuring an efficient treatment plan to get people back to functional independence.
