Lori’s passion for nutrition and wellness grew early in her career as a clinical dietitian for the Kovler Organ Transplantation Team at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Now, with over twenty years of nutrition counseling experience as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, Lori has worked with every stage of life, from children, to adults and seniors. As a family nutrition expert, she understands each stage of development and considers them all to be closely linked. Through her experiences, she believes the best answer for long term success is to start with smaller, sustainable and real changes that gradually add up to build a life of long term weight management, health, wellness and longevity. Her goal is to clear up the confusion and misinformation about nutrition and teach her clients how to live a healthier, happier life.

Outside of sharing her passion for nutrition and health professionally, Lori enjoys staying active and well through Pilates, swimming, and golf, while enjoying everyday life with her husband and three children.
