Expertise
Tiana's practice is grounded in the framework of the IPA, which looks at mechanical, neuromuscular, and motor control aspects of dysfunctions. She believes that communicating with and educating patients in terms they connect with is critical to long term success. She addresses the body as a whole, comprising multiple interacting systems relevant to the musculoskeletal (ie. fascial, neurological, respiratory) that should be considered in treatment. Lately, Tiana's fascination with developmental biology has her exploring how one's function throughout the lifespan is impacted along with determining how to optimize one's potential.
Tiana enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and hanging out with her husband, toddler, and dog. She also enjoys drawing and taking art classes.
