Sue was introduced to Pilates shortly after having her last child. Through concentrated work on her core, she gained strength, flexibility, and improved posture. The mental health benefits during her session included focusing on herself, and stress relief.
Sue enjoys staying active through stand up paddle boarding, hiking, rowing, curling, and participating in various running and biking activities. She lives in Duluth with her husband and two children.
